This agreement is between you and the service provider, Crypstone Global Resources LIMITED hereinafter referred to as Crypstone and reference to Crypstone is inclusive of Crypstone serviceS (Wallet services, buying and selling of Bitcoin, bitcoin trading, Exchange service, Bitcoin debit Card, merchant services, futuristic usage of bitcoin payment processor and CST Pack Account. By using any services made available through the Crypstone website (https://www.crypstone.com), and (https://cst-pack.com) AND WEB BASED APPLICATION, you agree that you have read, understood consented and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy.
This contract constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Crypstone Global Resources Limited, owners of the domain https://www.crypstone.com), and (https://cst-pack.com) and any or its entire Web based Application, a company incorporated under the laws of Nigeria. By registering with and opening a Crypstone wallet and CST Pack Account and its associated platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by and act in accordance with them.
If you do not accept the terms of use and conditions outlined in this agreement, do not access this site and do not use this service.
Crypstone reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Crypstone will provide notice of these changes by updating the revised Terms of Use on its webpage. Any and all modifications or changes to the Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon being announced on the website or released to users. As such, your continued use of Crypstone services acts as acceptance of the amended agreement and rules.
By registering and opening a Crypstone wallet, CST Pack Account and Crypstone services, you have affirmed that you are at least 18 years old and are an individual, legal person or other organization with full legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement between you and Crypstone. If you are not, you and your guardian shall undertake all consequences resulting from your actions and Crypstone shall have the right to cancel or freeze your account in addition to filing claims against you and your guardian for compensation.
It is highly prohibited to use your Crypstone Account, CST Pack Account and Crypstone services for any illegal or prohibited activities in reference and/or violation of any given laws whether in Nigeria or elsewhere. Further to the above, use of Crypstone service to pay for, sponsor, support, or otherwise engage in any illegal gambling activities, fraud, money laundering or terrorist activities, or any other illegal activities as proscribe by laws in Nigeria or any jurisdiction of the world is highly prohibited.
Use or attempt to use another user’s account without the users consent. Upon discovering that you are using your Crypstone Account, CST Pack Account or Crypstone services for any fraudulent or illegal activities, the management of Crypstone Global Resources Ltd reserves the right to suspend, cancel or permanently deny you access to your account and make claims against you for compensation, and take further steps including but not limited to filing a report against you or organization to the appropriate authorities.
SERVICE FEE Crypstone charges fees (transaction, withdrawal, commission and one time CST Pack fee) for services provided. You agree and accept all charges/ fees applicable to all transactions conducted on the crypstone.com and cst-pack.com website and web based applications. Crypstone also reserves the rights to levy service fees on users who use its services. It is in the discretion of Crypstone to adjust the service fees charged to users using its services when appropriate. It is instructive to note that service fees varies and may be adjustable from time to time.
Crypstone will provide service at an “as is” and “commercially available” condition, and does not offer any form of warranty with regards to the Service’s reliability, stability, accuracy and completeness of the technology involved. Crypstone serves merely as a venue of cryptocurrency transactions where coin-related information can be acquired and coin-related transactions can be conducted. Crypstone cannot control the quality, security or legality of the coin involved in any transaction, truthfulness of the transaction information, or capacity of the parties to any transaction to perform their obligations under the rules. You must carefully consider the associated investment risks, legal status and validity of the transaction information and investment decisions prior to your use of the Crypstone Services provided.
RISK Ensure that you understand the risk involved in buying, selling, investing and trading in digital/crypto currencies. The trading of digital/crypto currency involves significant risk. The prices of digital currencies are volatile and not static which may likely result in increase and decrease in value of your digital asset. There might be additional risk that are not included in our terms as such you should carefully assess your financial capabilities and tolerance level before considering trading cryptocurrencies. You accept and agree that you are solely responsible for trading or making any transaction with cryptocurrency.
CST pack account is solely an investment platform, such investment is done by purchasing crypto, which will be used in trading by Crypstone. To this end, the profit payable upon the purchase of CST Pack account is subject to market volatility and not static, cryptocurrency prices may rise and fall thereby affecting the amount of profit payable, the time frame for payment and the frequency of payment. NOTE that the 156% payment on investment in CST Pack is not guarantee, Crypstone will exercise due diligence in fulfilling its obligation, however, such obligation is subject to market volatility of Cryptocurrency.
You acknowledge and agree that, Crypstone shall not be held liable for any of your losses caused by any of the following events, including but not limited to:
In no event shall Crypstone be liable for any failure or delay of service resulting from regular network maintenance or external factors such as power failure, natural disaster, service provider problems, Bank Failure, delay encountered in conversion of cryptocurrency to fiat or governmental acts.
Any dispute that arises from the usage of our services shall be resolved amicably through a round table discussion between the parties. Where in any instances, the dispute is not amicably resolved, a third party who is knowledgeable in Cryptocurrency industry shall be appointed by either party to mediate on the dispute and any such resolution reached by the third party shall be final and binding.
COMMUNICATION You accept and agree to the following: That any communication, agreement, notices and other news relating to Crypstone services and CSt Pack Account will be communicated to you by electronically posting them on www.crypstone.com and www.cst-pack.com website, Crypstone social media platforms or emailing them to the email address provided to us by you during registration.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION Crypstone Global Resources is committed in combating money laundering activities, fraud and terrorism and to this end has implemented the highest level of KYC (know your customer) process. You will be required to provide and update your information on the required page truthfully, accurately and correctly. If there is any reasonable doubt that the information provided by you is inaccurate, untruthful or outdated, Crypstone shall have the right to contact and make enquiry and demand corrections or terminate all Crypstone services provided to you, in addition to filing a report agaist you to the appropriate authority.
Crypstone provides an online digital asset platform and services (exchanges, trading, investment, merchant services, etc) for products commonly known as cryptographic tokens, digital tokens or cryptographic currency.

Crypstone reserves the right to cancel, rollback or block transactions of all type on its platform in event of abnormal transactions. Crypstone will not ask for any password from its users nor ask users to transfer funds or Cryptocurrency to an unknown account. Users are encouraged to exercise prudence in dealing with discounts or promotions that could lead to them getting scammed. While the list is non- exhaustive, you agree that Crypstone will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the situations stated above.
All users must register in either (https://www.crypstone.com or https://www.cst-pack.com) for a Crypstone Account before using the site. To register for an account, you must provide your real name, email address and password, as well as accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy. With that said, there are account- level risks that are created by individual user actions. We request that you understand the need to independently take safety precautions to protect your own account and personal information.
You shall be solely responsible for the safekeeping of your Crypstone account and password on your own, and you shall be responsible for all activities under your log-in email, Crypstone account and password (including but not limited to information disclosure, information posting, consent to or submission of various rules and agreements by clicking on the website, online renewal of agreement, etc.).

CRYPSTONE WALLET & CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTION The Crypstone wallet allows you to purchase Cryptocurrencies using fiat from your local bank account, it also enables you to sell, receive and withdraw funds in fiat from your local bank account and wallet to wallet transfer of Cryptocurrency. Crypstone will not be liable for any given errors or mistake carried out by you during any Cryptocurrency transaction.
You accept and agree that you will have no settlement or claim whatsoever to: any fiat transaction sent to a wrong local bank account number from Crypstone wallet and any digital currency sent also to a wrong account or a wallet account not supported by Crypstone.
You agree to double check the bank account and wallet account before embarking on any transfer of fiat or crypto as Crypstone will not be responsible or liable to any wrong transaction or transfer carried out by you.
DEPOSIT After completing our KYC, you may proceed to fund your Crypstone by depositing fiat from your local bank account or depositing any acceptable cryptocurrency by Crypstone into your wallet or CST Pack account. You will be provided with a procedure to make deposit into your Crypstone wallet from the Crypstone website; you have options of funding your Crypstone wallet through a local bank, online transfer or fund with credit/debit card.
WITHDRAWAL Withdrawal from Crypstone can either be done via crypto or fiat. All transaction involving digital currency payout and deposit will be calculated based on the current value of digital currency and dollar value. All withdrawal in fiat or digital currency from any Crypstone account will be processed within 72 hours. Withdrawal on the Crypstone wallet is at will and at any time. Ensure that the bank or wallet account and all relevant information provided by you for withdrawal are correct and complete and you are solely responsible for information provided. Crypstone Global Resources will not be liable to oblige to any issue relating to reversal of transfer to a wrong Bank or Wallet account
Always bear in mind that all withdrawal may be subject to a certain limit and the dollar value is as determined by Crypstone and not the standard or market value of dollar.
BUY AND SELL As a crypstone wallet account holder you are able to buy, transfer and sell any cryptocurrency available on the platform.
You agree that we have the right to immediately suspend your account (and any accounts beneficially owned by related entities or affiliates), freeze or lock the funds in all such accounts, and suspend your access to Crypstone if we suspect any such accounts to be in violation of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML/CTF acts or any applicable laws & regulations. Crypstone shall have the right to keep and use the transaction data or other information related to such accounts. The above account controls may also be applied in the following cases:
Before an individual decides to close his account, charges and liabilities owed to Crypstone will be deducted on the account and made payable at once to Crypstone. Upon payment of all outstanding charges to Crypstone (if any), the user will then be allowed to withdraw all funds from the account.
Crypstone will maintains full custody of the funds and user data/information which may be turned over to the authorities in event of account suspension/closure arising from fraud investigations, AML investigations or violation of Crypstone’s Terms of Use.
FINANCIAL ADVICE: Do not consider any information contained on Crypstone websites, or provided to you through Crypstone directors, employee, agent, marketers or any affiliate of Crypstone as a financial, investment or other professional advice. You agree and accept that you are solely responsible for investments made in Crypstone CST Pack and Cryptocurrency, as Crypstone cannot guarantee your investment.
INDEMNITY: You agree and accept to indemnify Crypstone, and its partners, employers, agent or Crypstone affiliate against any action, liability, cost, claim, loss, damage, proceeding or expense suffered or incurred if direct or not directly arising from your use of Crypstone sites, your use of the Service, or from your violation of these Terms of Use.
